Training sessions can be held with the full team to teach them how to execute all recipes and full menu tasting sessions carried out with all team members envoled in the process, be that kitchen, front of house, procurement so they all understand how the pieces fit together. This is key to create unity and understanding of how everyone’s role combines and creates a positive work environment with good, clear lines of communication.

We can also curate special menus that cover all allergens and substitutes so there are no surprises for your team to manage last minute. Beverage Curation and Drink Design
Creating a product that reflects your business, the environment and marketing is key to success. We work with your team, management and suppliers to curate a bespoke offering that fulfils all these criteria, and build them into your systems so spec and recipe sheets, order sheets, etc. all match. Trainings can be carried out to evolve the teams knowledge if needed, be that basic wine knowledge (WSET training can also be sourced), cocktail training and coffee training.
We can also create OS&E databases with the serviceware you already have, and advise on future purchases to make everything look as good as it tastes.
