Chef Recruitment

International placement for culinary professionals and the employers who need them.

The right chef for the right place

Finding great chefs is hard. Finding ones who can thrive in a remote, high-expectation environment like a private island or a luxury resort, is a different challenge entirely.

That's the one we've built this for.

How It Works

  • Step 01 Search & Sourcing

We draw on a network of culinary professionals primarily from across Europe, identifying candidates with experience in luxury and private hospitality, as well as the right temperament for unusual environments.

  • Step 02 Verification & Vetting

Every candidate is assessed beyond technical skill. We look at how they'd cope with the realities of remote placement: no back-up infrastructure, no easy substitutions, guests who have no tolerance for an off night.

  • Step 03 Placement & Logistics

We handle documentation, logistics, and compliance across jurisdictions. You receive a shortlist of verified professionals - pre-selected for your specific property, your style of service, and your guest profile.

For Employers

Access to verified culinary talent, without the search

You're not sorting through unsuitable applications or trying to assess candidates without the context to read them properly. We source, screen, and select. You receive a shortlist of chefs who fit your environment, the size of your property, the style of your food, and the complexity of your service.

A commission is charged to the employer on successful placement only. No placement, no fee.

For Chefs

Exceptional roles that are hard to find

These are well-compensated positions in extraordinary locations — private islands, luxury resorts, and boutique properties.

The service is free to candidates. Always.

Where We Place

  • Private Islands

Exclusive single-property environments where the kitchen team is often the only food experience available to guests. Precision, adaptability, and self-sufficiency are essential. There is no calling in a replacement at short notice.

  • Luxury Resorts & Boutique Hotels

Properties where food and beverage is a core part of the guest proposition, often in remote or island locations where finding and retaining culinary talent is a persistent, expensive challenge.

  • Premium Private Properties

Private homes and estates requiring experienced culinary professionals who can work discreetly, flexibly, and to an exceptionally high standard, sometimes for guests who expect Michelin-level consistency.
